Step into the extraordinary world of Kai Knight, a visionary teenage fiction author whose literary prowess is as captivating as her thirst for adventure.

Kai Knight is the author of teen crime novel Deadly Spotlight and co-author of the dystopian teen trilogy Blue Out and has over fifteen years’ experience writing novels for teens and young adults. Kai started writing adventure and fantasy novels at the age of eleven and never really stopped. Her school homework diaries are full of scribbles with notes for Deadly Spotlight and other projects that are still in development.

Growing up in Greece, Kai read Greek mythology from a young age and quickly developed a love for heroic and epic tales. At school and Durham University she directed her focus to Latin and Old Norse and graduated summa cum laude with an MA in English literary studies and a dissertation on vengeance in Old Icelandic sagas.

A sports enthusiast Kai has a black belt in Kung Fu and likes to scuba dive, drive motorbikes and horse ride. Kai spent some years training to become a stunt performer before delving into writing.
